Important: SimplePomo runs entirely in your browser. We do not backup your data on any server.

We are not liable for any loss of data (tasks, settings, stats) resulting from:

• Clearing browser cache or cookies.
• Using the website in "Incognito" or "Private" mode.
• Device failure or browser updates.

3. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
